Yogadmin is a flexible administration and consultation service for yoga teachers & studios founded by Melissa Van Emden in 2016. Yogadmin came about from a fusion of Melissa’s love for the practice, her organisational skills and the knowledge gained from four years working at The Power Yoga Company, where she noticed the need for specialised administrative support in the yoga community.

Melissa Van Emden
Founder & Lead Yogadmin
Melissa has 17 years of experience, including 8 years in events and 4 years in yoga studios. She brings her varied skills from key client facing roles in the arts, fundraising, Higher Education and wellness sectors to Yogadmin. She loves sharing her organisational methods, knowledge of systems and software, and industry insights with fellow yogis and small business owners to help them save time and thrive. As well as lists she also loves cats, travelling, good food and 90s nostalgia.
Sara Gonzalez
Associate Yogadmin & Graphic Designer
As a yoga teacher herself, Sara understands how time consuming it can be to stay on top of all your admin tasks, whilst building and maintaining the energy you are so looking forward to sharing with your students, preparing classes and developing your personal practice. With 9 years experience in Human Resources and Venue Management she has learned the most efficient ways to stay consistently organised, but also the ins and outs of Graphic Design within the yoga world. She specialises in transforming never-ending projects into streamlined tasks, and also turning your ideas into engaging content, visuals for your social media, a logo or even a book!
