PART-TIME ADMIN ASSISTANT

Yogadmin provides yoga teachers and studios with regular admin support. I am looking for an enthusiastic part-time admin assistant to help with client tasks, such as newsletter production and staff rotas, as well as internal admin such as raising invoices.

 

It would initially be just a few hours per week, but with scope for this to increase as the business grows. It would suit someone already working part time, freelancing, studying or similar. An interest in, and ideally knowledge of or experience working within, the yoga and wellness industry is a must.

YOU NEED TO BE:

  • Organised, methodical & efficient

  • Focused on the details

  • A great communicator

  • Comfortable with copy writing and proof reading

  • Happy doing some mundane tasks as well as the juicier ones

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Ideally experienced with the following programmes (although I can provide training if necessary)

    • Mailchimp

    • Canva   

    • Spreadsheets (Googledocs or Microsoft Office)

    • Word processor (Googledocs or Microsoft Office)

  • Bonus points if you are comfortable making updates on Squarespace and Wix websites, triple points for Wordpress

  • I’d love someone who could focus on different areas than me, so it would be great if you enjoy content creation and/or social media management & ads

LOCATION:

Ideally based in London / South East. Although the majority of work will be done remotely it would be great to be able to meet up initially for training and then maybe once a month going forward.

PAY:

£13 per hour on a freelance basis, starting ASAP
